In 2024, we proudly completed and inaugurated 50 low-cost houses in Andipatti, providing safe and permanent shelter to vulnerable families in our community. This housing initiative primarily benefited women-headed households, with a focus on widows and deserted women who previously faced precarious living conditions. The inauguration ceremony marked the culmination of months of dedicated construction work and careful beneficiary selection. Each home was designed to be both economical and durable, meeting essential living needs while providing dignity and security to residents. The accompanying photos capture the emotional handover ceremonies, where families received keys to their new homes, as well as views of the completed housing community. This project represents a significant step toward breaking the cycle of poverty for these 50 families by addressing their fundamental need for stable housing and creating a foundation for improved livelihoods.
